GREENER HOME INITIATIVE $40,000 INTREST FREE LOAN + $10,000 GRANT. Get upto $50,000 TO SWITCH TO A NET ZERO HOME
Book a 30 min Zoom call or house call, with a NET ZERO project manager. Canada Greener Homes Initiative Grants from $125 to $10,000 to get a part of your costs back for eligible home retrofits. Up to $600 as a maximum contribution towards the total costs of your pre and post retrofit EnerGuide home evaluations. Interest-free Loan: up to $40,000, with a repayment term of 10 years. I acknowledge that a pre and post energy assessment of my home is a requirement to participate in the program. As a first step, I reach out to a service organization and complete a home energy assessment prior to completing retrofits with a registered energy advisor. Enbridge Gas will reimburse me up to $600 for the cost of the assessment.
